When does the program start and how do I apply?

How does the job guarantee work?
You must meet the requirements outlined below in order to be eligible for the Dion Training Network Accelerator Guarantee.
Eligibility Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older and be eligible to legally work in the US.
-Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
-Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
-Must be able to pass any background checks associated with jobs that you apply for.
Academic Performance-Successful completion of all mandatory coursework: 100% of labs, 100% of core projects, pass the 3 certification exams, capstone project and career development tasks together constitute as program completion.
Must maintain 90% Attendance.
Complete all career coaching sessions during and after cohort completion.
Post-Graduation Job Search Obligations:
-You must apply for a minimum of 12 qualifying positions per week.
-Build a professional network by attending at least two networking activities per week: this includes in-person events as well as online (such as LinkedIn).
-Conduct weekly check-ins with the Career Coach, providing updates on job applications and interview progress.
-Apply and act on the feedback and suggestions provided by your Career Coach.
-You must consistently make genuine and diligent efforts to secure a Qualifying Position, including preparing thoroughly for interviews and demonstrating professionalism.
How the Guarantee Works: Obtain an entry-level or higher job offer, regardless of whether you accept, in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
The guarantee becomes void if any of the following occurs:
- You turn down a job offer for a qualifying position.
- If you receive a job offer that is later withdrawn due to background check results or other employer-required qualifications, it will still be recognized as a Job Offer for the purposes of this Program.
- If you choose to pursue a role that does not meet the Qualifying Position criteria or is outside the cybersecurity field, or if you accept a position that falls outside of a Qualifying Position in cybersecurity,it will not be considered under this Program.
- If you decide not to pursue a job search related to your course during the Guarantee Period or fail to make consistent and sufficient efforts in your job search as outlined above, you will not meet the program requirements.
- Failure to engage in the interview process for Qualifying Positions in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to responding to employer communications, attending interviews punctually, and submitting required documents or follow-ups as expected, may impact program eligibility.
- Whether to award a refund lies in the sole discretion of Dion Training.
What if I have no prior networking experience?
That is fine! We will provide you with the resources you need to learn what you need to know to get hired in Networking or similar tech role.
How many hours per week will I need to commit?
You should estimate roughly 20 hours per week in total, inclusive of 5 hours of live training (M/Th/F).

What happens after the beta program ends?
Following graduation your focus will turn to recruiting. With your new certifications and skillsets attained we have full faith that you will land a role in Networking or a comparable tech position.
Do I need to purchase any additional materials?
No. We will cover the cost of any materials needed to complete the Career Accelerator program.
How is the program structured?
The program includes both live-virtual and self-study components. You will be expected to join classes on Mon/Thu/Fri at 9am EST and then complete the self-study portion on your own. Optional office hours will provided plus we will support student questions in a private Discord channel. Additionally, there will be opportunities for 1x1 meetings with career services and mentors to support you throughout the program.
