1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Dion Training, LLC ("Dion Training", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your enrollment in and use of the Dion Career Accelerator Programs ("Programs"), as well as access to related content, bundled products, and services ("Services"). Your use of our Services and/or the www.diontraining.com website including all content and functionality offered there through is subject to your agreement of all terms and conditions in our Terms of Service available at https://www.diontraining.com/policies/terms-of-service

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at https://www.diontrainingcareeraccelerator.com/policies/privacy-policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Program Enrollment and Offerings
Enrollment in the Program includes access to a bundled set of offerings, which may include educational content, certification preparation materials, certification exam vouchers, career development services, and related coaching support. These items are provided as part of the overall Program package and are not available for individual purchase separate from Program enrollment.

The specific contents of the Program may change at our discretion to improve the user experience or respond to changes in third-party offerings.

3. Eligibility for Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. Enrollment is limited to U.S. citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents. You must also be proficient in spoken and written English.

4. Payments and Refund Policy
Payment for enrollment in the Program is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated in writing by Dion Training.

All payments are non-refundable, including payments for bundled offerings such as exam vouchers or career services, except as provided under the Dion Career Accelerator Guarantee described in Section 5.

5. Dion Career Accelerator Guarantee

5.1 Overview
We are committed to supporting your successful transition into a networking or cybersecurity career. Under the Dion Career Accelerator Guarantee ("Guarantee"), you may be eligible to receive a 100% tuition refund if you do not receive a Qualifying Job Offer within the Guarantee Period, subject to the Terms outlined below.

5.2 Definitions

  • Qualifying Position: A salaried or hourly employee role (either permanent or contract) averaging at least 30 hours per week, in the fields of information technology, cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
  • Guarantee Period: The six (6) month period starting the day after you earn your Dion Career Accelerator certificate of completion.
  • Qualifying Job Offer: A legitimate offer for a Qualifying Position, whether or not you choose to accept the offer.

5.3 Eligibility Requirements for the Guarantee

  • Be 18 years or older, legally able to work in the United States, and a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Be proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Complete 100% of required coursework, projects, labs, and pass all three certification exams (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect Associate).
  • Complete the capstone project and all career development tasks.
  • Maintain a minimum 90% attendance record throughout the Program.
  • Complete all required career coaching sessions during and after Program completion.

5.4 Post-Graduation Job Search Requirements

  • Apply to a minimum of twelve (12) Qualifying Positions per week.
  • Participate in at least two (2) networking activities per week (virtual or in-person), such as informational interviews, LinkedIn outreach, or industry events.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with your Career Coach, providing updates on job search activities.
  • Act upon feedback and guidance provided by the Career Coach.
  • Make diligent and professional efforts to secure employment, including preparing thoroughly for interviews and responding promptly to employer communications.

5.5 Disqualifications
You will forfeit your eligibility for the Guarantee if:

  • You decline a Qualifying Job Offer.
  • You accept a position outside of a Qualifying Position or outside the technical fields described.
  • You fail to comply with the required job search activities or career coaching sessions.
  • You delay, cancel, or fail to attend interviews in an untimely or unprofessional manner.
  • You fail a background check or lose a job offer for reasons unrelated to the Program.

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dion Training.

5.6 How to Apply for a Refund

  • Submit a written request within ninety (90) days after the expiration of the Guarantee Period.
  • Send your request to support@dioncareeraccelerator.com.
  • Include proof of job applications, evidence of networking activities, documentation of Career Coach interactions, and any additional supporting information requested by Dion Training.

6. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.

7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and intellectual property made available through the Program are owned by Dion Training or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Third-Party Services
The Program may integrate or link to third-party services, including certification providers. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party service providers.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE PROGRAM OR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; NOR DO WE MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE PROGRAM OR SERVICES.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dion Training shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Program or Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for enrollment.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dion Training and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
