Post-Graduation Search Obligations

  • You must apply for a minimum of 12 Qualifying Positions per week.
  • Build a professional network by participating in at least two professional networking activities per week (virtual or in person). This can include conducting informational interviews, directly contacting hiring managers in relevant fields, building connections with industry professionals on LinkedIn, or participating in industry conferences.
  • Provide weekly check-ins to the Career Services team, providing updates on job applications and interview progress.
  • Apply and act on the feedback and suggestions provided by Career Services and your Mentor.
  • You must consistently make genuine and diligent efforts to secure a Qualifying Position, including preparing thoroughly for interviews and demonstrating professionalism.

How it Works

Our guarantee is that you will obtain an entry-level or higher job offer (regardless of whether you accept) in networking, cybersecurity, or a related field within information technology.

The guarantee becomes void if any of the following occurs:

  1. You turn down a job offer for a Qualifying Position.
  2. You receive a job offer for a Qualifying Position that is later withdrawn due to background check results or other employer-required qualifications.
  3. You elect to pursue a career outside of networking, cybersecurity, or information technology, or accept a position that does not reasonably align with the criteria of a Qualifying Position due to your own career choice (not because of availability constraints).
  4. You decide not to pursue a job search related to your course during the Guarantee Period or fail to make the efforts in your job search as required above.
  5. You fail to engage in the interview process for Qualifying Positions in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to responding to employer communications, attending interviews punctually, and submitting required documents or follow-ups as expected.

Ultimately, whether to award a refund lies in the sole discretion of Dion Training.
